The modern design of a one-room apartment-Khrushchev 30 sq. m

The author of the project, Albert Baghdasaryan, was able to rationally dispose of a small area in order to create conditions for comfortable living in an ordinary one-room apartment. The result of the work done is its transformation into a full-fledged housing, with areas for rest and work, for cooking dishes and dinners.

Living area

A notable component of the interior of a studio apartment is a cube in a tree that stands out against the white background of the walls and ceiling. Inside it is a bathroom and a closet, and the front side of the cube is the visual center of the room with a protruding shelf for decor and a television panel with acoustics. Attention is drawn to an unusual decor in the form of a part of an elegant female figure.

The wall opposite the cube is filled with a combination of bookcases and open book shelves. A sofa with strict geometry was placed between the cabinets, in the center there was a low coffee table with a glossy surface. The image of the night city gives a complete look.

Near the window of the living area is equipped with a workplace, the countertop of which is fixed to the wall and wardrobe. Roman curtains make it possible to adjust the amount of light in the daytime. For evening illumination, there are built-in ceiling lights and a circular lampshade.

Kitchen and dining areas

The compact white minimalist style headset looks stylish with chrome accents. Some of the lower cabinets are installed under the window, so the kitchen has enough space to store everything you need.

Window sill - a place to place decorating living greenery. The space between the windows is occupied by the dining area with a dining table, underlined by a suspension with a voluminous lampshade. A contrasting photo in the frame harmoniously complements this part of the interior.

Hallway

The design of the entrance hall in a one-room apartment-Khrushchev is simple, corresponding to the preferences of men, and a built-in wardrobe serves to store things.

A bathroom

The walls are decorated with small format mosaic tiles in shades of blue. The whiteness of the plumbing, floor and ceiling is complemented by shiny metallic details.
