Redevelopment
Initially, the area of the single room was 22.5 square meters. m. Designers increased it by adding part of the corridor, and divided it into two parts using a stationary partition. It turned out two isolated bedrooms: for parents - 9 square meters. m., for a child - 14 square meters. m. The partition has a large glass "window" - the glass in it is frosted, so that the privacy of both rooms is respected, and at the same time, natural light access to the parents' room is ensured.
Despite the fact that the windows of the apartment are facing south, the daytime lighting of the kitchen is rather weak - the loggia blocks the light. Therefore, the designers removed the window block, replacing it with a hinged glass door "on the floor."
Kitchen-living room
The kitchen and living room are combined in one room. The working area of the kitchen is made in the form of the letter P. On one side there is a sink, dryer and refrigerator, on the other side there is an oven with a dishwasher, and on the third side there is a work surface and cabinets. The wall hood has no outlet and is equipped with a charcoal filter.
The combination in the design of the apartment is 53 square meters. m. living room and dining room in one room did not affect their functionality. Both the kitchen and the living room were compact but comfortable.
In the living area there is a corner sofa, under the seats of which drawers are hidden. Sofa pillows in a warm mustard shade serve as a color accent in the interior of the room.
The dining area is represented by an elegant white Tulip round table on one leg, and is accented by a pendant lamp in bronze color Etch Web (Tom Dixon). This is a transparent spherical structure assembled from thin carved metal sheets. The windowsill on the loggia turned into a bar counter, next to it were two high wooden chairs.
Almost all the furniture for this project was made to order in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Centrsvet diode overhead ceiling lights are responsible for general lighting. Various zones are designated and delimited by the same fixtures, in particular, the working surface of the kitchen zone separating the kitchen and the living room.
Bedroom
The design of the apartment is 53 square meters. m. Natural colors are used, mainly green and beige. Tones are juicy, deep. In the living room area, as well as in both bedrooms, the floors are covered with a very durable Coswick Ash Como engineering board.
Children's room
The entrance to the nursery is from the side of the kitchen, through the sliding doors of a high and wide (1800x2400 mm) opening. Three wooden wings have French-style devitrification, and the entire opening is framed by a wide platband.
Hallway
The floors in the walk-through areas - the hallway, the kitchen working area, the bathroom and the wardrobe - were laid out with large marble tiles (Atlas Concorde), while the sills were not used. The impression of natural marble slabs.
Bathroom
In the bathroom, an additional partition was built along one of the walls. On the one hand, they put a toilet, and on the other, they got a niche for the wash zone. There is a curbstone with a washbasin standing on the countertop; above this structure there is a large rectangular mirror with two classic sconces hanging on its sides.
Left on the wall - towel holder. The niche for the built-in bathtub is laid out with the same marble-like tile, which the floor is lined with - it does not reach the ceiling a bit.
Plumbing Roca and Villeroy & Boch, as well as Hansgrohe faucets from the Talis Classic collection are designed in a modern classic style.
In order not to clutter up a small bathroom, the washing and drying machines were located in the hallway, having built a tall cabinet for this, which also has shelves for storing towels. This decision required an additional waterproofing of the floors throughout the apartment and an aqua-stop system.
